My room was nice and clean, everything I needed was there. The area was good, near all the stores. Loved the idea of making your own waffle,that was cool! The hotel was very nice and clean, my stay wasn't bad at all!

We always stay at this facility when we visit Shreveport... The room was very comfortable. I wish the rates were a little cheaper as I am a widow with 3 teenagers working with a fix income. But other than that it will remain as our home away from home on our trips ( usually ever 4-6 months)

I was very pleased with the overall experience. I feel the staff were the most pleasant that I've encountered during my years of travel. I only wish I recorded individual employees. Will visit again.

It was awesome! Great location! Super comfy! Excellent staff! Thank you so much, Giselle, Inell, and all the staff!! (I wrote down other names to shout out/thank but can’t read my handwriting lol). You are all amazing and this will always be my spot when I come to Shreveport! Hope to see you all soon!

Our stay was very good, great actually! The rooms were clean and the new walk in shower was a bonus! Breakfast was well stocked and great variety. I travel to this location at least twice a year and I will stay again.

Friendly staff, clean, freshly painted room. Fabulous water pressure in the shower with a very interesting open shower layout.
